Yeah... I suck at titles...
*caddman asked me to draw him his crow guide 'Bloodrock', then '[him] as the crow with [his] guide on my shoulder or perhaps a new ID' so I thought an anthropomorphic crow like Yig, but finally I got the 'feel free to design whatever hits you' signal and came up with the above First I wanted to do a bit more fantasy, with all feather coat (having done anthropomorphic before) but then I thought of the plague doctors, as they dressed up during the bubonic plague, and when I got to it, felt more like something steampunk (is steampunk to go in the 'fantasy' category, btw?), making the mask a wee bit more gas-mask-ey (though the overcoat with feathery rims may look a bit fruity... ?)
Another conversation on the origins of his screen-name also invested inspiration in the idea of the exo-arm with drawing/painting utilities...
I noticed the watch was a common theme in our Skot's work, too, though I don't know what purpose hooking it on to a thick tube had
